This Privacy Policy describes how Enfra Inc. ("Enfra," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Opsberry website at opsberry.ai (the "Site") and the Opsberry product (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you contact us (for example, by requesting a demo via email), we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Site usage. The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the Site.
• Service data. If your firm becomes an Opsberry customer, the data your firm loads into the Service (companies, contacts, communications, documents) is processed on your behalf under your agreement with us. Your firm owns that data.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
• To provide, secure, and improve the Service for customers.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer Service data to train models for other customers.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers (such as hosting and email) to operate the Site and Service. They process data only on our instructions.
