These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Opsberry website at opsberry.ai (the "Site"), operated by Enfra Inc. ("Enfra," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Access to the Opsberry product itself is provided under a separate written agreement between Enfra and your firm. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, that agreement controls for the product.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by Enfra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks (including those of Y Combinator and CherryRock Capital) belong to their respective owners and appear with permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enfra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
